Return Policy
Ida Candles makes every effort to assure that your candle burns properly and with no waste. Please read our instructions on HOW TO PROPERLY BURN A CANDLE. We do not exchange or return candles due to personal scent preference. However, if your candle does not burn properly after following our instructions please contact us and we will exchange your candle free of charge. Original receipt must accompany your return.
